You may not use my artwork for any artificial intelligence image learning.PAYMENTS
Client must pay %100 up front before artwork is completed and delivered.I do not offer payment plans at this time.REVISIONS
You may request changes to the artwork during the sketch and color WIP [work in progress] stages. If by some chance you do not get a WIP, please feel free to contact me any time regarding fixes. Any changes requested after the work is completed will incur additional fees if it is not an accidental oversight on my part.DEADLINES, DELIVERY, PRIVACY
Final artwork will be delivered via Google Drive link. Client must be clear if there is a delivery deadline or privacy request. There will be a rush delivery fee depending on the deadline. If you'd like to keep a piece private, I request a fee that is 50% of the base price of your commissionGENERAL USE
Client may display any of the artist's work on external sites as long as there is a visible credit to the artist. This also includes keeping the artist's logo on the image that can be easily seen and read. Client will not claim any of the artist's work as their own, even if artwork is purchased for commercial use. If not agreed upon for commercial use, client may not sell or profit off of any images made by the artist, this includes making or distributing merchandise. Client may display any of the artist's work on external sites as long as there is a visible credit to the artist. This also includes keeping the artist's logo on the image that can be easily seen and read. Client is not authorized to modify or edit artwork without the artist's explicit consent.REFUNDS
I do not accept refunds if I have already begun work on your piece. If I take more than 3 months to deliver any progress on your commission, you will get a full refund!COMMUNICATION
