• By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my TOS, and are over the age of 18.• I do not do business with blank/giveaway accounts
• Please do not commission me without an existing character reference (unless commissioning a reference sheet)♦ Rights Reserved ♦
• I retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image I create
• I reserve the right to use any image I produce, and retain all rights to said image. This includes (not limited to) producing/selling prints, any Kofi exclusives or tutorials, establishing portfolios and/or posting to my online galleries (marked and resized to dissuade theft)
• The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please for PERSONAL use only. This excludes commercial purposes (selling prints, magazine printing, etc.)
• Please credit me/link to my page once my work is reposted to any gallery

• Payment only accepted via PayPal!

• If you use PayPal E-Checks, you will have to wait for the funds to be cleared before I start any work. E-Checks take 3-5 business days to process.
• Payments are made upfront. I do not start work until payment has been made.
• I do not offer split payments or payment plans UNLESS stated otherwise (ie for YCHs or Adoptables)
• Once the full payment is cleared, you will be put on the commissioner list according to priority♦ Process & Completion Times ♦
• I send a Work In Progress (WIP) via note or DM at every stage (sketch/resketch, ink/flats, final), unless trusted to finished without oversight
• Corrections must be given in those early stages before completion of the work
• Commissions are completed by the month they are reserved for.
This means that commissions claimed for the month of January are completed within January 1st and 31st.
• There is no order in which commissions are completed, so expect completion times to vary
between 1 - 30 days.
Obviously, life happens and a commission may be pushed into the next month.
You will be contacted immediately if this needs to happen.
• I have a Trello to organize my working queue, so keep an eye on it if you've commissioned me!♦ Refunds & Cancellations ♦
• I reserve the right to refuse any commissions for any reason
• I reserve the right to not disclose the information as to why I denied said commission
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unprofessionalism, or inappropriate and or rude behavior
• If a cancellation occurs after the initial WIP stages, I will refund the amount deducted from work completed
• There are no refunds on completed work, as you have approved it at every stage up to the final piece. Any attempts to scam will be met with reporting/blacklisting♦ NFTS ♦
You are NOT allowed to make NFTs of ANY of my art, even if it was a commission you paid for. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE! If you go against this, you will be black listed from my commissions, blocked, and reported!♦ Concerning Stolen Characters ♦
If I complete a commission and it comes around that the character has been stolen or
used without permission, you WILL NOT receive a refund, will be put on a permanent ban list from my commissions,
and will not be allowed to use the art in any circumstance whatsoever.
Said commission will then be transferred to the original owner of the character.I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION FROM ANYBODY FOR ANY REASON.IF PURCHASING A COMMISSION AS A GIFT TO A FRIEND, PLEASE GET THEIR PERMISSION BEFORE I DRAW THEIR CHARACTER.
